Necessary: email verification and sign-in
Cookies named __Host-inkpledge-sender and __Host-inkpledge-guest-{id} hold opaque sign-in tokens for up to two hours. Cookies beginning __Host-inkpledge-code- bind an email code to this browser and its purpose for up to ten minutes. They are Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. The earlier InkPledge naming remains for compatibility. Disabling these cookies prevents the associated access flow.
Functional: language
Local storage key pactnest-language remembers a selected interface language on this device. It has no automatic application expiry. You can choose a different language at any time or clear the key with your browser's site-data controls.
Functional: draft recovery
IndexedDB database pactnest-temporary-drafts stores the current proposal title, proposer and member details, language choices, account email and selected PDF. Session storage key pactnest-proposal-draft points to the draft associated with this tab.
Each save gives the draft a new 24-hour expiry. Expired entries are cleaned up on a later draft-storage load or clear; the browser does not run a scheduled deletion after you leave. Discard draft, successful proposal submission and sender sign-out attempt to clear the current draft. Clearing all browser site data removes saved local work and signs you out. Use a private device for confidential files.
Analytics, advertising and external services
No active app analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or third-party media embeds were found in the source audit. The app therefore does not show a consent banner for optional trackers that it does not enable. Its PDF preview uses the browser's PDF viewer and authenticated app URLs or local object URLs.
Hosting, legacy ChatGPT authentication and email-provider services operate separately. Their infrastructure logs, cookies and email tracking settings cannot all be established from the application code.
TODO — operator confirmation needed: Verify production platform cookies and provider tracking settings. Before introducing non-essential tracking, inventory it, assess regional requirements and block its loading until any required consent. Provide Accept All, Reject Non-Essential and Manage Preferences when such categories actually exist.
Manage storage
Cookie Settings in the footer explains current categories. Use the workspace's Discard draft control for the current temporary proposal, the language selector for language, and your browser's site-data controls to clear stored data.
